David has nearly two decades of experience in global wealth management, private wealth strategy, and advisor recruiting.

At Sapient, David is responsible for bolstering Sapient’s inorganic growth strategy, including recruiting Advisors from the competition.

Prior to Sapient, David served as a Managing Director and Head of Advisor Recruiting & Retention for Wealth Management Americas at UBS. Under his leadership, UBS recruited more than 500 advisors, representing more than $1 billion in annual revenue. He also designed and oversaw programs such as Aspiring Legacy FA (ALFA) and Premier Programs.

In previous roles, David was the Head of Business Management & Services for UBS Private Wealth Management and Ultra High Net Worth Americas, where he managed strategy, infrastructure, and the P&L for 500+ private wealth advisors nationally. Earlier in his career at UBS, David held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Business Management for the East and Northeast Divisions, and Head of Net New Money Strategy, where he designed and launched the ALFA program. He began his career in UBS’s prestigious Graduate Training Program and progressed through strategic and business management roles across Wealth Management Americas.

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Duke University, with a double minor in Mathematics and Cultural Anthropology.
