Dina serves as Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Sapient, where she leads the firm's operational platform, strengthens its service model, and builds the infrastructure that supports growth across the business.

She oversees the firm's operations and business enablement functions, spanning investment operations, client service, technology, reporting, and data and AI strategy. 

Dina brings more than 28 years of experience in wealth management and a track record of turning complex operations into scalable, well-run platforms, pairing deep operational expertise with risk discipline and a builder's instinct for technology, data, and AI. Prior to joining Sapient in 2026, she was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, serving as Global Head of Client Onboarding, Configuration and KYC within the Asset & Wealth Management division. Earlier in her career, she held a series of senior roles at Citi Private Bank, including North America Chief Operating Officer, North America Head of Business Risk & Controls, and Global Head of Client Reporting Operations & Reengineering.
