Jen serves as Vice President, Controller at Sapient, where she oversees the firm's accounting operations, financial reporting, and technical accounting matters.

Prior to joining Sapient in 2026, Jen was a Senior Manager at Deloitte in New York and London, where she led technical accounting and advisory engagements spanning initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, GAAP conversions, and finance transformation. Earlier in her career, she held capital markets and assurance roles at Ernst & Young in London and KPMG in Zurich and the United States, supporting clients on complex accounting matters, financial statement assurance, and internal controls over financial reporting.

Jen is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She graduated magna cum laude from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Accounting & Information Systems and a B.S. in Marketing.
